5. Rescheduling & Cancelation: If you need to reschedule your shoot, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. Clients may reschedule 1 time within 30 days; additional reschedules requires a new deposit and booking. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible within 48hrs of your shoot to prevent a no-show.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website or services at any time and for any reason.
